Blog 4 Education.
Hello dear readers.
I would like to tell you that I am a cellist and on the subject of education, I would like to tell you about my training at a conservatory in France. At the time of my studies, the subjects I studied were the essential ones for musical and instrument training, theoretical subjects such as solfège, harmony, analysis, chamber music, orchestra, among others, giving priority to hours of practice and personal study on the instrument.
When I arrived in Chile I immediately started working in orchestras and teaching in different projects of youth orchestras and schools, but over the years I realized that it was very necessary to complement my musical studies and thus obtain a degree in a Chilean university to then have the option of accessing a master's degree which is what I intend to do after obtaining my professional degree at the University of Chile. The curriculum of the university course is very complete because there are a series of subjects that complement the musical and cultural education of the student, giving him/her important tools in the training of the instrument, tools that will be very useful in the teaching practice.
I wish you a good week.
